How being your best self is not only the best for you, but for others, too

In this episode I chat with Anya, from Mothers’ Wellness Toolkit, about her book ‘The Supermum Myth’ and the huge range of feelings that we all experience, when we become parents. We are really honest about our feelings around support groups and we hope that we reassure you that we are all normal – no matter what we are presenting to the outside world on social media. Everyone struggles and we should all try and be kinder to ourselves!

Anya explains how important it is for us, as parents and business owners, to maintain a healthy balance between our physical and mental well-being; we discuss how things can feel hugely out of kilter if one of these two is out of balance. We have a lovely, honest chat about the journey of motherhood and how we are always, always learning.
